Winning takes more than great candidates and raising money to support them. Although a portion of our funding goes directly to candidates, we also help turn out the Democratic vote by encouraging voter registration drives, promoting vote-by-mail, and canvassing door-to-door. When Democratic registered voters turn out, Democrats win — turnout is a primary focus of every campaign.

The contributions we receive and expenditures we make to operate our organization are public record. We encourage donors to review our records so they can be assured of our accountability and transparency. Yes! In-kind donations help offset some of our expenses and maximize the funds we spend to elect candidates who support women’s issues and share our values. In-kind donations might include printing or office equipment, food and beverages for a grassroots event, a meeting location, or advertising. You can arrange an in-kind donation by contacting dwcfpctreasurer@gmail.com.

Interested candidates should contact their local county Democratic Women’s Club and express interest in endorsement by our PC. Club presidents or other club representatives will provide the Request for Endorsement and Candidate Survey form.

Candidates must submit a completed Request for Endorsement and Candidate Survey form to the DWCF Screening Chair, along with a Letter of Support from a local region or club president. Interested candidates must support the platform of the Democratic Women’s Club of Florida, Inc.

No. Contributions or donations to the Democratic Women’s Club of Florida Political Committee are not tax deductible. Your contribution supports efforts to elect Democrats at all levels of elected office in Florida.

Yes. You can support the DWCF PC with a one-time donation or a recurring monthly donation through ActBlue. Monthly donors also receive a DWCF logo pin as a thank-you for their ongoing support.

Yes! Contribute $20 or more (one-time) and receive a DWCF flip flop button. Become a monthly donor and receive a DWCF logo pin. Both are our way of saying thank you for supporting Democratic women (and the men who support our issues) across Florida.
